Kindbloom

Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the developer of the Kindbloom app (“Kindbloom”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Kindbloom iOS application and its features. By downloading or using Kindbloom you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

Kindbloom lets you create hand-painted-looking affirmation posters, save them, favorite them, and export or share them. Some styles, palettes, sizes, and features are available only with a premium purchase.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kindbloom on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service (the “Usage Rules”). You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app except as permitted by law.

Your content

“Your Content” means the words and posters you create in Kindbloom. You keep all rights you have in Your Content. Because Kindbloom stores Your Content on your device, you are responsible for it, including keeping your own copies of anything you want to preserve.

You are responsible for the words you enter. Do not use Kindbloom to create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We may decline to provide features for content that violates these Terms or the law.

Exports and sharing

Posters you export are yours to use for personal purposes. If you share a poster publicly, you are responsible for that use. Free exports may include a Kindbloom watermark; removing watermarks or circumventing premium gating is not permitted.

Purchases, subscriptions, and trials

Kindbloom offers optional in-app purchases, which may include auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases. The following apply:

Premium features and availability

We may change, add, or remove templates, categories, styles, or other features over time, including through remotely delivered content updates. We aim to keep premium features available but do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.

Intellectual property

Kindbloom, including its design, artwork engine, templates, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

Privacy

Your use of Kindbloom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the app handles. Please review it.

Disclaimers

Kindbloom is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Kindbloom’s affirmations are for general encouragement and inspiration only. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of Kindbloom. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Maintenance and support for the app are our responsibility, not Apple’s, to the extent any is provided. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and, where required, Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach them. You may end them by deleting the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
